Saturday : Hastings United - Faversham Town

Jacob Shelton
(Preview)
I see Jacob Shelton was cup tied when he played for Hastings against Burgess Hill the other night as he had already played for Bexhill United in the same competition earlier this season. So even if we had won we wouldn't have gone through. We very rarely seem to get caught out playing ineligible players...

Andy Corrigan

Is Andy Corrigan the most loyal, unfortunate or unlucky player we have had in the past few years? We have had a massive coming and going of players over the past 2 seasons, players turn up when they want because of work commitments, players refusing to play in certain cup games, players unable to make Bo...

A Question

Is the Ben White that has been appointed as 1st team coach by John Lambert at Eastbourne Town the same Ben White that is the Hastings U21 Manager? If so, is that not a little bit like letting a wolf wander amongst the lambs?

I have to say that reading today's Hastings Observer has really got my juices flowing! Hastings United will have to make a 40 miles journey to what maybe can be a very strange game. The home club The Anvils hope they will be up to the task after a very strange 3 months. Guernsey 11-0 CDG
(Preview)
I reckon that Guernsey are the most interesting team in the league. The results they get are crazy - losing 4-0 to Ramsgate and Walton and Hersham, then beating CDG 11-0. Ross Allen scoring six in that game - he finished last season with 53 goals! Does anyone know anywhere I can find highlights of the 11-...

If you had to pick one player who appeared in 2013 ( any time Jan - Dec 2013 only ) who would you have picked as the player of 2013?.... basically 2 different squads so not that easy as just picking player of the season! Ben Judge i think for me overall, consistent last season, unbelievably so this season!...

With all the extra matches coming up I hope we don't see a repetition of last season's results after Middlesborough-just 5 league wins out of 25 matches. This was partly due to fixture congestion.
