Leatherhead FA Trophy
(Preview)
I’ve always said that if anybody wrote the history of Hastings United it would have to be classed as fiction as nobody would believe it The same could be said for today’s game. Playing Leatherhead from the league below we were losing 1-0 at half time which was probably a reflection of the game . Then twe...

So, who are the players that "will not play for Hastings United again"? Looking at the two matches below, I see that the Hastings starting line up was almost identical, and players used was the same, so what went wrong ? and who out of all these players are going to be leaving Hastings ? I think I heard it ri...

What can you say? We were very poor. Apart from Louis ,who kept us in it ,the rest were disappointing ,poor passing and did we have an attempt on goal , can’t recall one . So,away to Leatherhead in the F A Trophy then on 6th October ? Let's hope we do better than we did in the same competition v them in the 1974/75. We lost 5-1. They were riding high on the crest of a FA Cup run then after knocking out Brighton in the 3rd round . They eventually lost to Leicester in round 4 . Who ca...

Good entertainment for a warm day and in the end think a draw was a fair result. As least somebody other than Davide scored. Joined in as co-commentator with Tom on Hastings Radio.
