Well done .As for the game thought we deserved to win although Redhill certainly made a game of it. Can certainly see them in Ryman South next season. Louis deserved Man of the Match but have to say more and more impressed by George Walker. Onwards to the next round.
Pleased to get the win but not as dominant as I had hoped against a side two leagues below us. To be honest they probably created more really good chances than we did and that’s a worry to me. The disconnect between the midfield and forwards was just as evident today and, as things stand, I feel we are going struggle in the league this season. I hate to be negative after a win but what we saw today really was unconvincing. Agree with Phil about George….MOTM rather than Louis or DR7.
I share your thoughts, Mick. But I think we must give maximum credit to Redhill. I thought they posed as much of a threat as Folkestone did. They should undoubtedly be a league higher.
While the midfield is an undoubted problem - Davide was dropping back quite a lot to get the ball - I thought Adam had a strong game and is looking increasingly back to his best.
