Just received this info from Andy Barr ( son of Utd legend Ray Barr) and a Utd fan. Andy use to work for the Met ''I’ve played at Imber Court a number of times. The team used to be all Met Police officers and Met Police Staff members. Then the Commissioner stopped us being given time off to play and train and that enabled non police members to join. The club is still part funded by a police lottery scheme, but there are no longer officers or staff who play for them!"
