Some of you have been asking about my dad,,, I'm sorry to say he passed away this morning at 09:10am.Β Β Β He has been poorly for a number of weeks and lockdown has seen him slowly go down hill,,, he was rushed in to hospital last Monday and was immediately tested for Covid -19. NEGATIVEΒ . He then caught pneumonia in one lung,,,,, and slowly became weak and fell asleep overnight,,,,,as you know he loved this club and had done since his first game on Boxing Day 1952,,, sleep tight dad π.Β Β Who's going to tell me in future when there's a free kick just outside the box "What we now is Terry White". ππ

I really hope your dad enjoyed watching the Us in his last season, as my dad did in 16/17.
John, so very sorry to hear about your Dad , stood with him on the grass bank for years. Very knowledgeable and also enjoyed a good laugh. Barbara and I send you and your family our best wishes. I hope that when football starts again we have a minutes applause for all supporters that we have lost.
