Did not see much of the first half, but what a cracker of a second half. Three well deserved points and an excellent  goal by Ryan Worrall.

Phil you missed nothing in the first half. But as soon as the half time whistle went, the action started! First in the tunnel (would love to know what exactly happened?) and then on the pitch. With possibly the most entertaining second half for years. Brilliant action and well deserved win.

Agree to all comments, second half could of been way more if it wasn't for there keeper who was brilliant out of fairness. But., yes a well deserved victory.

Considering the lack of goal mouth action in the first half thought it was very inconsiderate of both teams to conduct their fracas out of sight down in the tunnel. More thought needs to be given to the spectators at moments like these.
Second half could not have started better for Hastings and the next 45 minutes was excellent entertainment. Was the Sevenoaks player unfortunate to be sent off? It certainly helped us. Whole team kept going well against a resilient Sevenoaks but thought Sam Beale and Jack Dixon were both very good. Ryan Worrell's goal was a great strike and hope it was the first of many more. Nice to be top of the league and an encouraging crowd.

Sevenoaks started the Fight with our management team I heard off one of their players at HT so in my opinion I think our players where only defending their own.I disagree with your opinion the Oaks midfielder deserves to go for Handball on the goal-Line Thus preventing a goal scoring opportunity I also felt they should have had another sent off after worralls Goal too

I feel it's a little harsh to call Sevenoaks 'very dirty'. In fact there was barely a bad foul time in the whole game which made the half time incident and the flare up after our second all the more surprising. First half the visitors completely blunted any threat by being well organised and probably had the lions share of possession in a bit of a stalemate.
The second half, in contrast, was all action and great entertainment for a good crowd. (Did Sevenoaks bring ANY supporters ?). The sending off seemed to be the turning point in terms of us taking control and with a bit more composure in front off goal we could have had five. Three well taken goals was the least we deserved. Just a shame that we don't have another home league game until November as the PF is a bit of a fortress at the moment.

Agree with you Mick,,, I didnt think they were dirty, United have to get use to the more physical sides and I thought the result aside, we dealt with that side of the game well,   kept our discipline and took control, as we should when the opponents go down to 10 men.  But how many times over the years have we seen us struggle in that scenario?  I thought our back 4 were awesome yesterday, had their hands full with a busy Sawyer and Adrian Stone who was beast like (how many flick on headers did he win ?),,, very entertaining game but for me Man of the Match was Jack Dixon,,, outstanding, yet again,   well done lads 👍.  Nice to see Ashford lose too,,

Thought one reason why we didn't worry Sevenoaks in the first half was our failure to get Lanre Azeez into the game. We kept on probing down the right but never gave Lanre any opportunity to run at their right back.Lanre and Sam are too good down the left not to be used more.
