Congratulations to Daniel Ajakaiye for the ‘player of the Month award ‘ ...very well deserved .... but ... I’m personally not a fan of these monthly awards. It’s a team game ( or even a squad game ). Why possibly upset the equilibrium amongst the players. Every team has a player or two with an ego, it’s inevitable it will end up causing problems . I’m cool with and an end of season award but ... just wondered what others think about this monthly award ? It’s just my opinion !
Hi John, think to understand what you mean and yes if you have some great ego's in the team then you could have some problems. But for now it is a recognition/price in the way we are heading and then it is a price for the team with Daniel as a '' eyeapple'' representing the team. That is only my opinion
