They scored 62 and conceded 53 goals.

They play at: c/o Dartford Football Club,Princes Park, Grassbanks,Dartford,Afbeeldingsresultaat voor c/o Dartford Football Club Princes Park, Grassbanks, Dartford,

And we? Thamesmead just won their match yesterday against Guernsey 5-0 so they will be up for it.

Another super performance from Hastings today and apart from a dreadful last 10 defensively, we completely dominated throughout and the score could have ended up 10-4 with some incredible chances missed both ends. But that apart, Really good from Hastings and up there with the Herne Bay performance if not a tad better because Thamesmead were a lot better.

Crutts deservedly opened the scoring via a deflected free kick and we really should have gone in at least three up after misses from Callum, Rodari and a bit of a sitter from Dajon which we think hit Canary Wharf, but a totally dominant half with Charlie barely touching the ball.

Second half Thamesmead started much the better and a couple of decent saves from Charlie kept it at 1-0 before Hastings broke and Sammy Adams shot heading for the corner flag deflected off Callum and in the back of the net. A minute later and more excellent work from Callum bringing a penalty which Sammy Adams, thankfully back on penalty duty, smashed down the middle. Thamesmead scored a great individual goal before the goal of the game, again a minute later, saw great work by Rodari down the left and a fantastic finish from close range by Callum.

Then the fun really started last 10minutes as both defences completely went all to sea and there must of been at least 10 clear chances either end. Thamesmead firstly bringing it back to 4-2 and then really should have made it 4-3 on two occasions with both Charlie and some heroic defending saving an awkward injury time period. Then we had quite possibly the most entertaining and funny 90 seconds I have ever seen on a football pitch, and I will not be the last to mention it. Poor old Kenny Pogue missed three one on ones and one open goal, all in 90 secs. If there was a hole bigger enough, I think Kenny would have missed falling in it. And in true football tradition, every Hastings player reminded him on the final whistle, it really was incredible, but very funny.

So a super performance today with some nervy moments at the end. Callum superb, Dixon best game of the season and both Ollie and Sam Beale excellent but Sammy Adams........pure class and pretty much ran the game. He was magnificent.

Brilliant report John

Sammy was fab , one occasion though when he chased a ball almost to score but was out run by their defender but I gladly informed a Thamesmead supporter next to me that ten years ago that ball would be buried by Sammy in his more youthful days . They in fairness were praising Sammy all first half

Kenny at the end was hilarious .... Sammy Adams after the 4th attempt couldn’t stop laughing at Kenny and Dayshonne at the end made sure he pushed over Kenny laughing as Kenny sat with his head in his hands !!

You know what !! Makes me love Kenny even more

Great game , terrible pitch , soulless ground with no fans

A thoroughly entertaining game played on a good old fashioned bog of a pitch that resembled the Somme in places. Excellent report by John and agree that Sam Adams was easily Man of the Match today. As for poor old Kenny missing four excellent chances in the last two minutes.....quite amazing, on another day no doubt would have put away. One of the games of the season.
