Kick off 19:45

Eastbourne drew last Tuesday against Lewes 1-1 and lost against Ashford United yesterday 5-3.

Hopefully we can put in a performance like we did against Kingstonian

First half not the best, lots of huffing and puffing with little goalmouth action. Second half much more entertaining with goals from Davide Rodari ( 3 in 3), Jack Harris (a cracker) and Simon Johnson. 3-0 Final score

First half pretty forgettable, couple of half chances but nothing to write about. Second half the team picked up the pace a lot ( maybe Adam's training sessions playing a part here again already? )

Davide took his opener well & with 3 in 3 so for then at this stage would have him starting in the first league game as he looks cool when required for a young striker. Harris's second was an absolute belter after he did well ( he was quality throughout ) and Jonno finished well for the third. Still impressed by the 'trialist' who once again did nothing wrong, did well, and nearly produced some moments of real class, only concern is that he is a small and lithe player though and hope he can cope with the rough stuff at league level.

Yeah that's good,,,was a bit tempted but i do hate friendly games .  Looking promising though !

Am I wrong or do we have two players now with the name  Jack Harris at the club ? Isn't there a young lad with the same name in the academy ? I might have imagined that but I thought i saw something the other week .
