The Club is pleased to announce the signing of goalkeeper Josh Pelling who returns to the Club after a very successful season at Horsham FC, to which he scooped a clean sweep of all the awards being named the Supporters Player. Players Player and Managers Player of the Season.
Josh initially signed a two year contract with Brighton & Hove Albion as a teenager in 2009, during which he made 18 appearances for Horsham on loan. After his release by the Seagulls he joined Rye United for two seasons then moved to Sidley United and then Eastbourne Town before making the switch to Hastings United for whom he was a virtual ever-present for two and a half years until a serious injury in December 2015 ruled him out for the rest of the campaign. Once fit again Josh signed for Horsham for the 2016/17 campaign.
All at United welcome Josh back to his home town Club.

When we drew at Horsham that mustve been quite something for the home keeper to get no abuse from a sizeable away following behind his goal. Nice one Josh - goooood to see you at the far end next time!
