Hastings United Sports & Social Club
Following completion of refurbishment the premises off Elphinstone Road formally occupied by the Elphinstone Sports and Social Club will reopen at 7pm on Saturday 1stApril 2017 as the Hastings United Sports & Social Club.
The premises which formally housed a Members Club will operate under a Premises Licence and will therefore be open to all.
An announcement will be made in due course as to how the still existing squash and gym facilities will be operated and in terms of what hours the establishment will be open. The premises will be available for hire for functions and events and again hire rates will be announced in due course.
We are pleased to advise that Matthew Barden has been appointed as Bar Manager and we hope that he will become known as the face within the establishment.
On visiting the premises you will note new signage at Elphinstone Road and on the outside of the building and we hope all users will like the internal refurbishments that have been completed.
The Grand Opening Event will take place on Saturday 1stApril 2017 from 7pm and will include live music from the band Redwood plus a Disco and free buffet.
Hastings United Sports & Social Club looks forward to developing a regular clientele made up of such as former members of the Elphinstone Sports & Social Club, the football and sporting fraternity, various clubs of differing concepts and the public in general.
