After the big win against Whyteleafe it is now away to
Three Brisges are currently the number 23th in the table with 19 points out of 31 games.
Scored 40 and conceded 76 goals.
We won our home game 3-2 see: http://www.footballwebpages.co.uk/isthonesouth/match/29605
Three Bridges play at : Jubilee Walk, Crawley
And we? Scoring 7 goals and conceded 0 in the last 2 matches give reason to be optimistic; or I am wrong? Somehow we seem to score in every game and if we stay solid at the back you will be winning games.
Three Bridges is however not the easiest task for us, remember the home loss 1-4 in the cup against them.
Very good performance tonight in trying conditions. 4 good goals and we looked a top of table side. With 3 Bridges looking what they are relegation certainties. Still worrying is lack of players as we only had players carrying knocks on the bench.
Nice to see we've slowed the rate of goals conceded previously and carried on scoring a good amount ourselves ( albeit against less than exceptional sides of course )
Hopefully we can continue in the same vein on Saturday away to Guernsey.

Chris: Didn't you say, after Bodkin's suspension, something to the effect that it might not be a disaster to go without him for three games? Well, it has indeed been anything but that. We'll have him back for the next game, let's hope that doesn't upset this excellent sequence of results.

I did indeed. It wasnt a dig at bodkin it was more the playing of too many luxury players i think having 3 in the side is too many but with 2 you are better balanced. In my opinion i would only ever have 2 of Matt, Kiernon and Harry on the pitch at 1 time unless we are chasing a game.
Cannot disagree with that Chris. Great win last night and all without Bodkin, Sobers and Johnson, the later two being our best two players against Whytleafe. Two wins in next two games and every possibility we could be level with 3rd placed Carshalton. Really hotting up now and hitting form just at the right time. Well done to all.
It took our lads a while to adjust to their tiny wet pitch but as soon as they did there was only one side in it. Poor Jack H picked up a totally undeserved booking fairly early in the first half and it stopped him from playing his usual game but the whole team, including Jack, deserve credit for taking three points in good style against a Bridges side that kept trying until the final whistle. Hard to pick out a MoM as they all played well but I have to say that Kiernan looks unstoppable at the moment and his second was a peach, as were Jack Evans' opener from a free kick and Bradley's. Sam Cruttwell was a good replacement for Jerome and we are looking good and winning.
Sell Bodkin!!! Kiernon is the new saviour of Hastings United. He will be up there for years to come with previous greats such as Pell, Goldberg and Medlock! He could be the new Lee Carey?
I believe that last night should have been Jack and Bradley's last game on loan, any news on whether we have extended the their loans ? or have I already missed an announcement ?
Good shout. The squad is spread so ridiculously thin it would be a disaster if we lost them now. We should be adding to our squad as Tooting and Greenwich have done in the past week, not letting players go.
