who do we want. probably another county side, EAstbourne Town would be a good local game othergood ones Croydon, Horsham YMCA, Portchester or Blackfield & Langley maybe. is this the round when Conference South Clubs come in? Eastbourne Borough would be nice for Garry. I guess a county league side at home or if conference in a big club maybe Dartford, Maidstone, Borough or Ebbsfleet. Then again away to Truro would be nice day out. Anyone know how regionalise it is in next round. Thatcham was quite a trip in last round

Presume it's any club from Ryman leagues, Southern League & yep Conference South, county side at home would be the ideal draw otherwise an Eastbourne Boro derby at home would be very well attended.

It's the same debate each time.
Do we want a minnow we can beat or a 'big boy' who will ensure a big gate but who may well knock us out.
I remember the mixed emotions of getting Bishops Stortford and then Harrogate three years ago. As it turned out it worked out well, just a shame we didn't end up at the Emirates or Old Trafford in the third round but it was still a fabulous 'journey' that we'll always remember
At this stage I would like another minnow, otherwise home to Maidstone would be fun.

Yep - a 'minnow' would be nice. Away too, dare I say it to avoid any programme complications and a mid-week home fixture!!

Liam you want a home fixture to avoid programme issues, as if its away surely you have to prepare for a replay, and it could be a waste of time.
Anyway on current form our only realistic hope is a county league level side at home.

What a load of rubbish that is. Certainly winnable though.

Apparently Herne Bay had two sent off on Saturday. Their bans may coincide with our tie.

see Herne Bay have got Frannie Collin on a months loan from Maidstone. What a great loan signing, wonder if Maidstone will let him play in the FA Cup?
