Always interesting reading the comments on the Lewes forum. They have some interesting views on their ex-managers and players who have joined Hastings. I think Steve Brinkhurst is a loss for us and Fraser Logan had some good games for us in central midfield. Hope they both get a place in the starting line up at Lewes and that Lewes have a good season. Always a good club to visit.
I was talking to someone yesterday and they confirmed what I had already thought - it seems that Garry and Brinkhurst don't really get on. Brinkhurst was released from Eastbourne borough and Lewes, both under Garry's management. Please someone correct me if I am wrong.
I do think that its a shame to lose players like Logan and Brinkhurst though, bothlooked very good and comfortable in midfield and both played a part in our survival last season.

No not true they do get on, Garry had already left Boro when Brinkhurst left and at Lewes he had been struggling with a knee injury and wanted to get some game time so signed for Hastings on an unofficial loan deal.Is training with Lewes as he is a Lewes lad but like alot of their players at the moment has not signed.
