The Club has this evening issued the following brief statement in response to comments on social media relating to the appointment of a new Director.
After holding recent discussions with a potential new member of the Board, the Club has now accepted the individual's decision to decline a directorial position.
Please note that there will be no further comment from the Club on the matter.
And another Digg at Simon u should respect the person for what he's done for the club. Ur being like a little school boy Trying to get everyone's back up this person what si has said y would u want someone like That after what he tried to do that's my opinion on the matter

I know that in the past I've often been the first to respond to Chrisb's provocations but this situation does now need to be put to bed following that statement so we really do need to let stuff like this wash off us now and hopefully we'll soon have other talk of transfers etc to concentrate on.
Really!!! And you think that Simon tweeting like he did, was good for the club, and he knew damn well the trouble it would cause, also I admire the so called fans of this club who think they can tell others too stay away, what nice people you are.
What times kick off ? ....oh I see already has ! They say most great wars are started by religion ...Bill Shankley once said "football is more than fanaticism , it's a religion "... nuff said
The Supporters Club committee held a very productive meeting with three directors of HUFC, Dave Ormerod, Dave Nessling, Pat McCrossan and chairman of the management committee Barrie West.
We are going forward in a spirit of co-operation and want all supporters of HUFC to bury their swords and get behind Gary and the team and leave the divisiveness of the past firmly behind us all.
You'd think that Simon would at least deserve the use off his Christian name rather than the derogatory use of just his surname by ChrisB (or should I just call him "B").
