I see the managerial merry go round has started already. Carshalton and Corinthian have announced new managers plus I see the chuckle brothers, Jim and Danny Ward have gone Ramsgate, Sittingbourne, Whitstable and back to Ramsgate all in 2 seasons. I have no doubts that our directors will also be making a nice early announcement and giving the new management team as much time as possible to prepare for next season.
Yes, whatever appointment is made it needs to be made swiftly so that the new man has time to assemble a squad of his choice. Let's hope those choices are good ones; and then - most importantly to my mind - let's hope that we the supporters and the Board allow the new man time. What I hope for, beyond the obvious wish for success in terms of points and performances, is that we finish the season with the same management team as the one which will shortly be appointed.
