I know it is probably understandable in the circumstances but I have noticed that every time we win, the match reports on our website appear very quickly, but everytime we lose they don't appear for 2 or even 3 days later. Not even a summary of what happened (as I can't get to all of the away matches) which can be annoying sometimes as you have to go to another clubs website to see what happened,as in the case of the last 2 games against Hendon.
There probably is a very valid reason for this but it was just something that I noticed.
I am afraid that is the norm with non league football. A team wins and the reports appears almost immediately, when team loses it takes ages or in some cases not at all.
Bandit there is no preference to getting the match reports up quicker if we win or loose, you have to remember that the webmaster is a volunteer and has a full time job time job and a young family which i hope you appreciate must take a priority. If you take a look at the reserves match reports you'll notice they are behind too, something I and the others involved with the reserves are understanding of the situation. As much as it may seem a coincidence it is purely that, a coincedence and nothing else. The match reports are done honestly and in my opinion totally unbiased. I'm sure that they will be up to date very soon.
I know it never hurts to remind everyone all the work the volunteers do, not sure if I have, it is so easy to take it all for granted, so a big thanks from me to all of you , you really are appreciated.
