Jezz please share the messages you recieved via PM to me as for some reason I cannot see them on the website log of comments and PM's, you can pm them and email them to the address I have sent you.

The account for the new user who made that threat has been banned and the comment removed as rrequested aabove, please provide the screenshots mans emails you mention

I'm going to be complaining about the level of abuse I have received today on this forum. Threats, made directly to me, are not legal.

Hi Dave

I've been a loyal supporter of the club since 2003 when I moved to Hastings from Scotland. I've been getting involved in conversations with various fans and having healthy debates up till now about Sean Ray and the management team. However, it seems my views aren't welcome on the clubs forum www.hufc.activeboard.com

It's reached a point now today where I have started to receive threats by certain members of the supporters and I'm not ashamed to say I'm a little concerned about my welfare.

I have been advised to involve the police although im loathed to take it that far as I dont like a fuss, but I have been tempted to involve the local press as the level of abuse, bullying carried out by members such as HastingsLion and Rimsey, and now direct threats made against me have made a now ex-supporter very upset.

I've contacted the moderator of the forum externally, this person called Rimsey to request the posts be removed to then be told to "f-off" before yet another torrent of abuse by him and his mates Via my personal email, I don't even know how they got my address but I assume its from when I signed up to the forum. 

I have taken screenshots of these comments taken from the forum as evidence which I will happily share if you want to see them. I think it's appalling how I've been treated, absolutely appalling, just for having a different and more negative opinion on how our team are doing than these so called supporters.

I would appreciate if you would kindly assist and get these comments removed from your forum. I for one want nothing more to do with this club.

I have not recieved any emails from you , nor have i sent any !!! for starters i write on this forum if i had any interest in talking to you, not your private email !!!!

 

The fact you know my name as shown in previous posts  (I have no idea who you are btw) shows you have something against me... to claim to have emailed me and no other admins says alot to me ! 

 

yes i disagree with eveything you say, but to go the limit of saying i am abusing you and told you to F-off in this imaginary email story of yours in beyond belief !!! please do provide the evidence of my so called 'abuse', maybe we have differnt views on abuse, who knows ! 

BUT BEFORE YOU GO ACCUSING ME OFF ANYTHING OR MAKING STORIES UP ABOUT ABUSE AND EMAILS BEING SENT, PLEASE GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT AND HAVE A THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE WRITING!!!! 

Seriously, please provide the evidence of these emails and abuse and show me wrong!!!!!!

If you look on your user details Jez its there for everyone to see, but strangely it was`nt there a couple of days ago, I wonder why it has suddenly appeared?

yeah good luck dan with requesting the copies of these made up emails, you may as well go and get a blank piece of paper, at least you'll have something to look at !!!!!!!!

I do apologise for not posting any sort of reply earlier however I have only just got back from a 200 mile round journey watching the reserves. Jez you go ahead and report me to whoever you feel you need to because if you feel that I have bullied you in any single post since your joining this forum then I would love to see your proof and the look you get on your face when told by anyone you report me to when they say what the hell you on about?
My opinion of you is that you a moronic individual who is out for attention seeking, i feel you are incapable of having a conversation with anyone who has a different opinion to you without claiming to be bullied or abused. As others have said if you have received threatening emails from people then by all means produce them for us to see. You referred to me in one of your earlier posts as and I quote "my friend". I have very few enemies in life and could count on one hand the amount of people I dislike or don't get on with however I feel that you could fit into that category very easy so please do not call me your friend as that I think is something you will never be. That is my opinion no threats no bullying just my honest opinion of you.

That's funny Barry, we seem to get on quite well when you serve me my ticket at the matches and occasionally talk at the games. p.s. my real name isn't Jez, its just a nickname I've had since school.

Dan, I wouldn't be surprised if your abusive forum moderator deleted the emails to be quite honest, assuming you not involved in all this.

After a night of reflecting on all this be decided not to involve the police, despite my personal safety being threatened. I was truly quite shaken at threats of being attacked if au ever came back to the ground. What message does this give out to locals? What kind of club is this becoming? Regardless of different opinions there is no need for that level of abuse between humans let alone supporters of the same bloody club!

I'm glad his alias has been banned but it means nothing really as he's still posting under his original alias.

I will however be writing to the local editor of the Observer and providing screen shots of the torrent of abuse I've received for simply having a different opinion about Sean and the team. I'm not surprised messages have suddenly vanished. That's exactly why I took screenshots.

Dan, if you supply me your email address I will send you screenshots of the messages. Barry, I'm pretty sure you've taken an instant dislike to me from the very start of me posting and have never given me a chance. I'm surprised at you because at the games you've come across as a nice guy, but in reality it seems if you agree with Barry he's a nice guy, if your opinion about the team differs to his then your a traitor and not welcome at the club. It seems true colours really are coming out.

I'm not going to post anymore. I don't want to exacerbate the situation or receive anymore physical threats from anyone. I've been truly shaken from this experience over the last month.

Jez, I have already PM'd you an email address yesterday.

If you have received emails you would still have them in your inbox, they can't delete those.or withdraw them

Send the screenshots of the PM's you have received as well.

Nobody bar me is able to delete PMs from view but if you think I am involved as well in editing the record then you are sorely mistaken.

You as everyone have been allowed to post your views 100% freely ( that people disagree with them is not the point ) I made this an open forum for that reason unlike many which vet new members before allowing access. Tempting to go that way but its not gonna happen.

I banned the other account and removed the comment as you requested so not sure why you are saying there's no point cos hes still posting, as the I.P address was different to any other member, it could have been anyone either an excisting member or someone new, could be anyone even including yourself.

Until you provide this proof of accusations and threats, your I.P address is on hold to prevent any more 'legal' issues occuring involving your account but as you state you are not going to comment anymore that presumably won't be an issue. If you are correct then of course it will be realeased immediately and action taken.

This thread will also be locked as is not doing any good.

Well we all know jez is a fake and is some bitter fool who left thr club on bad terms, we also know he's a liar and doesnt know what he's on about half the time!!! To say his messages was deleted from his own account by the sender theirself !!

Hopefully he wont be coming to his first ever hastings game in the near future!!
