Excellent win tonight against a team who I understand are full time. It came to a penalty shoot out and Eastbourne missed 4 of theirs thanks to Charlie in goal . Ollie ,Jack and Kian were cup tied and Tommie Fagg was injured,but good work by the youngsters that came in. The real heroes tonight though were our supporters for turning out on an absolutely freezing night and cheering and singing all game. Well done all of you.
Young lads Joe Clifford and JJ Walker played well. Excited by how good Tom Chalmers looked on his return after a long absence. Adam, Jack and Tom ended up as our midfield - 3 talented local players. What an enjoyable evening!
