There will be a further pitch inspection at 4.30pm as they are trying their hardest to get the match on.

We are destined not to play them.

Can you remember a better individual goal than the one scored by John tonight ?
I can recall plenty of great goals but not a solo effort anything quite like that.

Very impressed with the work-rate of all the team. And we needed to work hard when it was 0-0 through that period when Carshalton were passing the ball around like Man City but without doing anything dangerous. Think it was Jack who played that brilliant through ball to set John off on his run and finish. Adam must be so pleased to be surrounded by such hard working midfielders after enduring the lack-lustre efforts of our departed players. Jack looks very fit and Jamal, and the much improved, Kian never stop. Freddie put in some great runs and John was unstoppable. Davide linked up play well and our new centre half from Cray hits some tremendous passes. A massive team effort setting high standards and partially makes up for our poor performance at Carshalton last season! Hope Jason is still around and hasn't moved on. Along with Sam and Charlie, one of the new additions to impress( not including the returning Davide and Adam), who always put in a shift.
