A very poor game ,thought we may have won by three or four, but Eastbourne matched us . Hopefully better against Horsham in the next round….whenever that is.
One to forget that, poor pitch which was quite an equaliser but positives are minutes for the squad players other than that nothing noteworthy other than some fantastic banter with their keeps who made a deal with matty halfway through the second half that the loser buys the other one a kebab after pens (He reneged but was a good egg)
Difficult conditions for both sides. Probably a mixed blessing going through with the fixture pile up but enjoyed seeing our 5 former players in action. Well done to Jamal on a promising first team debut.
