My reading of this somewhat comp,ex situation is that both app,ications at Tilekiln and the Pilot Field have to be successful as one has the potential of funding the other.And as the Planning Process o& the Council is separate from the general decision making functions o& the Council, two plannning consents are worthless if the Council does not want to do the deal.
