The match was switched to Folkestone due to the state of the Pilot Field pitch. The wet weather had caused several postponements and the group fixtures had to be completed by the end of February. United sent their entire reserve side including Peter Heritage to Folkestone and lost 4-0. Two days later United were at Barrow in the FA Trophy.
