I have just seen this statement on Football Web Pages for the Isthmian premier league, Whether it will apply to our league remains to be seen.
Due to the continuing uncertainty surrounding football, and especially non-league football, we thought that it would be interesting to combine the league tables from the "curtailed" 2019/2020 season and the current one, sorting on "points per game" (PPG). There has been no official confirmation that any such data would be used if this season cannot finish, but it's always good to be prepared. It'll update during matches just like the normal league table!
Adrian, I did recently have this awful feeling that just as we hit the top of table in early January, that Covid would yet again put an end to the league season...leaving us on the summit but with nowhere to go for yet another year.
Let's hope none of this happens...because Us supporters are turning up in numbers, loving their football and want to see us win the league on merit in 2022.
