What an excellent performance against Dorking who play two leagues higher than us. Good goals by James Pool and Ben Pope.Probably the best we have played so far.

Totally agree Phil. With all the off the field news surrounding the manager would have been easy for the boys to have put in an average performance but they were superb and outplayed Dorking throughout the 90mins. Also really refreshing to see us play two out and out strikers in Davide and Daniel, who caused problems all day. Won’t comment on the manager until I see an official club statement but very impressed today.

Really good performance today. Good shape and set up and felt like a proper game rather than a friendly against a load of kids. Missed our first goal but what a beauty the second goal was, good finish by Pope although he looks like he could do with losing a few lbs! Saw the Brighton game on Tuesday and hard to judge a game against a poor under 18 side but today we out performed a side from 2 leagues higher. Thought Daniel was immense and so glad he has stayed at the club this season.

Thought some good signs today. Lanre Azeez was very good, as was Craig Stone. Solid performances from the others and to get a win was useful. Few problems were the keeper struggling with crosses, a lack of pace in our defence and a lack of physicality in our midfield. Pope's goal was excellent but Dorking found it easy to create and miss a number of chances. Sorry it seems we are once again in a bit of turmoil.
