Mrs Deeprose always organised jumble sales in the close season and used the proceeds to buy the new seasons kit for the club
Very superstitious. Always alert on the away coach to spot haystacks and magpies as these would give insight into the score for the coming match
Phil and Roger ..... Ahhhh thank you... I thought I was the only one left who rembers her .. She lived in Emmanuel Road I use to do a Hastings United collection round and she use tip me well at Christmas... Including giving me a bottle of port ..
