isnt it about time non league football got to grips with all these clubs who are continually calling games of ie Billericay, Tonbridge, Burgess Hill, Leatherhead, South Park, Molesey etc Should they not be restricted in what they spend on paying players until they get their pitches sorted out. Surely in having heavy fines after a 4th cancelled game for a waterlogged pitch might it not make clubs think about how money is spent.
