After the win against Thamesmead we are back at TPF against CIfCOyTF.jpg

Molesey are currently the number 23 in the table with 19 points out of 28 games.

They scored 38 and conceded 62 goals.

Remember coach Agutter first match in charge:

And we? A must win game.

Enjoy the match.

Amazing to think 8 of that starting line up will probably start on Saturday. We were rubbish on that day but quite incredible to see the turnaround in form and the way we play a few months on. Golding, Davies, Lovatt and a bit of Ansu but not a lot else has changed in personel from that day.

Another super performance today, full of energy, great movement, passing and great skill and would have been almost the perfect performance had we been more ruthless in front of goal. It really could and should have been double figures 2nd half.

Totally dominant first half without really making a hatful of chances but patience was always going to be the key as Molesey were always going to tire second half and so it proved. The big turning point for me though was Chris’s first substitution replacing the ineffective Rodari with Ajakaiye, who at times was just unplayable and had a hand in both penalties. What a joy for the manager now to be able to bring on players like him and Antonio. Both have so much pace.

Sammy Adams was best player on the pitch yet again and so pleased he is back on penalty duty. Callum Davies just never stops working for the team and must be a nightmare to mark. So pleased he got that late goal as he is such an unselfish player. And Ajakaiye was a breath of fresh air and surely worth a starting place based on that.

Special mention for the referee who was the best we have had all season and what a class act the Molesey keeper was. Great banter all match, then shook the supporters hands behind the goal at the end and gave his gloves to a young Hastings supporter.

On to South Park tuesday and a great chance to just give ourselves the smallest sniff of play off dreams again if we can now go on a long unbeaten run. Really well done today once again.

Excellent report as always John. My man of the match was their keeper, who I understand came out of retirement to help Molesey out ,believing he would be playing at home. Ended up driving 90 miles from his home. If not for him score could have been far higher.
