Really enjoyed last nights podcast and you cannot help but be impressed by Chris and the way he comes over. Very professional, knowledgeable and articulate and I think the club is in very good hands indeed.
First hour was talking about the league, the weekend results, our competition and their players plus a little on Guernsey and their inclusion in the Bostik South. The second hour was all about Hastings, how Chris got the job, the early days and the future plans. He touched on the youth development, individual players (The VCD manager rates Ansu as highly as any of our players), the inconsistency to be expected from these guys and his expectations for next season which to put it bluntly, will be promotion. Also talked about the number of young, up and coming players now contacting us and wanting to come to Hastings to play including one player who have played as high as division 1 football.
Ill get the Podcast on here later for you all to listen too and I certainly came away from the two hours very confident indeed of the direction we are heading in and in no doubt we have the right man in charge.
