And we? Surely the last results will give the young team a boost but reading the reports it seems that we play different 45 minutes each time.
Calum Davies seems to keep on scoring (6 goals out of 4 games) but let's hope we can perform over 90 minutes.

Another game which showed both the potential and the limitations of our very young squad. Some good football in the first half, but shortcomings were clear as well. Callum Davies worked hard but his touch was not with him yesterday and three or four golden chances were missed. This really was two points squandered.
Once again we were getting overwhelmed in the second half and only the introduction of Jack Dixon steadied the ship. Not so much for Charlie Horlock to do as on Saturday, but we still needed him in the second half to secure a point.
We've got to become a 90 minute team if we are to progress up the league table - in fairness, I think the management are well aware of that!
Well summed up Geoff, we should have been out of sight by half time. We seem to play well for 45 minutes and then run out of steam. Some of the younger players have got to pace themselves more. Trust they are learning from players like Sam Adams who was my man of the match.
At Half Time I thought we should have been 2 or 3 up but at the end of the game I thought that a draw was a fair result.
We seemed to lose our way in the 2nd half and Chipstead finished stronger than us, we seemed to be playing like we were protecting a lead and not willing to commit players forward with Calum Davies isolated again up front.
Chipstead to me seemed Fitter than us and quicker to the ball as we seemed to run out of steam, although we did defend quite well as they didn't have many shots on goal.
I was quite pleased when they took off Rodari as I thought he had a poor game, but perhaps we should try Kenny Pogue & Davies up front together and see what happens, no harm in trying!
But to climb up the table we need to beat teams like Chipstead and take our chances more in front of goal.
I realise that I was probably a bit giddy from the excitement of leaving the house for the first time in days after a bout of flu, but I have to say that I rather enjoyed the whole evening. The scoreline really didn't do the game justice; in its own way, it was as inaccurate as the three-all against Horsham, which in reality was as thrilling as bashing two bricks together for ninety minutes. It was a lively, pacey match which deserved some goals and didn't quite get them.
The others are right that things peaked in the first half, with a couple of really good chances missed in a purple patch just after the half-hour mark. Some really bright, snappy football played at times, with a mix of long and short passing that kept Chipstead guessing, pace up front and industry behind. I think they're a little harsh on the second half, though. True, some legs tired and there was definitely the threat of a Chipstead winner, but it wasn't characterised by the kind of terrified retreat to the eighteen yard line for a six-month siege that's become customary.
All in all, it had plenty of faults but it was easy to like. I appreciate that many do, and perhaps they're right to, but I don't ask for much more than that.

Adam Lovett for me. He really has stepped into the midfield role and works his socks off. Clean sheet and only one save from Charlie, that’s progress, shame we couldn’t take one of our chances.

I agree about Adam Lovatt; all I would to others' comments - with which I also pretty much agree - is that I didn't think Kenny made a lot of impact when he came on and that Ollie Black might usefully have been on for the last 10 minutes.
cant see that chris davide is a goal scorer and if you remember Kenny of old was always most effective coming of the bench,davide is not played as a striker.
Very poor match to watch three good chances up front went begging. Grateful the defence stood firm. Kenny looked rather lost when he came on. Why not Give him a start to encourage him a bit. Lovat m.o.m. for me .Keeper stood firm again. Midfield needs to create more chances for strikers. Looking forward to Guernsey.
