After our first loss this season against Dorking it is now again a crucial match against
Greenwich are currently the number 5 in the table with 19 points out of 9 games.
They scored 21 and conceded 9 goals. Top scorer is Eisa with 7 goals.

And we? Of course there would be a moment to have our first loss but reading the comments maybe a draw would be better result against Dorking.
But let's face some facts: of course we are just underway in the league but the gap between the top 2 and Hastings is big. Second our away results are nod good enough and maybe third bringing in new players (Myles Judd and subsitutes Akrofi and Adeboyejo ) needs time to settle in the team. And maybe also now with games in hand and playing in Cups it is the question what is the most important thing this season? Building a new team and the Manager will get that time? Let's wait and see.

Oh dear 2 defeats in a row against the better sides in the league but to be at and around the top you gotta be able match these teams, sounds like a terrible start to the game tonight, not good to see a sending off for a centre mid especially when crutts is on holiday, heard from numerous fans that there is no atmosphere at the pilot field so no 12th man maybe they need this back it is always inspiring when someone is singing about your team or you yourself, maybe the board need to rethink some decisions as they chosen to not let most of the singers in anymore and made some decision that have upset certain fans again fans that made the atmosphere ??? Thoughts people ???
Not sure about atmosphere Steve ... We've only had a few home games and most of those were during the end of the holiday season so some fans have been missing , plus getting use to new players etc ....the 12th man has been there before, but players need to respond now by winning fans around . I keep reading about how close we were to a result , but its not good enough at the moment . I feel sorry for the loyal fans that are making the effort to get to these away games ... Must cost them a bomb ... and for little reward
The first 5 minutes we were dreadful, Greenwich had 2 corners and scored from both of them. After that we took control of the game but the damage had been done. We do play some excellent passing football, but therein lies the problem.......I believe we play too much of it, the number of times that you wish we would shoot but we have to take another pass and the move breaks down. Excellent performances by Bodkin ,Stannard and Johnson. Honestly believe we should have won ,3 points thrown away. It will come,keep the faith.
Say what you like about our defending from corners but why is Lenny not collecting or punching in his 6 yard box. Keeper has got to be coming for those.

Well after last night Steve I think that was well and truly put to bed ... for me , even though we lost , that was the best atmosphere fat the Pilot Field or getting on for 4 years ...
