We have won 19 games so far (including cup competitions) - this is the most wins the club have achieved by this date (December 10th) in the last 17 years, probably even longer but the archive results only go back to 1998/99. Even the years we got promotion was achieved in 2002 and 2008 we hadn't won any where near as many games by this stage. That is a positive stat, take it as you will!
interesting stat but meaningless i think there are far more games now than even 7 years ago and dont think anywhere near as much as 2002 when dont remember games every tuesday night. if you going to use stats like that you need to do a win ratio which at moment this season for league games which is bread and butter is 61%. not a bad number but still think it is surprising with budget and players that it not higher
