I would just like to thank everyone who has sent such kind messages of support on text, Twitter, Facebook and on this forum. I am utterly staggered by the support I have received in the last 24 hours and I promise you all that I will do my best for this fantastic Football Club and it's amazing support.
This will, of course be my last posting on here, but I hope to catch up with as many of you as possible at the ground tomorrow and cheer the boys on to 3 points and hopefully safety.
The hard work starts now, but rest assured we are ready for it and determined to succeed.
Agree Dan, no reason to stop posting, this site will be different now, as is already happening by the tone of posts. The best way we can be one is too all be involved in promoting the club in a positive way and by having a director posting can only help.

Regarding to Pat's post: yes i can imagine he won't post again because he will have information about the club the majority of us won't have. So he can't never post on a football matter because he is having the inside information .

It's clear to see the forum has taken a turn for the better in the last few weeks. I think we need to accept Pats decision as a Director not to post any more. He is committed to his new role and any distraction and I understand he wants to concentrate on doing his job to his best ability. Let's not criticise his choice but just wish him and the other Directors well in their new venture.
Understand why he can't but meant it was a shame to lose Pats excellent postings on here. Appreciate that we will hear everything we may need to regularly anyway now

Yes they do. Indeed it is used as a vehicle for fans to ask Board members questions as well as the usual comments. Congratulations on the result today and the fantastic crowd. Something to build on to finish the season on an "UP". Just hope Lewes aren't playing you (in the league) next year
