After 3 defeats in a row the question will be if the team can change the results back to a positive outcome. On this Fans Forum we all read the different opinions why things going the wrong way and how to solve this. I think the match is therefor very important because a win mean we will stay in the top of the table and otherwise we will drop in a mid table position.
Herne Bay lost only their first game of the season against Guernsey and won 3 and drew 5. Only in the FA cup the lost at home against Eastbourne United. So it will be a huge task for John Maggs and his men to bring the 3 points back to Hastings !

yep, Herne Bay is a shocker, no way can i make tomorrow due to work and picking up daughter, anyone else going?
we currently have a game in hand on the teams around us and winning that would put us back in third but as we found out last season games in hand definatly dont equate to 3 points!
Don't ask too many questions Dan. I understand Maggs has put in a 7 day letter. Think the traveling may rear its ugly head again though plus Rye have offered £30 more.
I notice that your team NEC have an English striker playing for them Bert? Michael Higdon, any good?!
He was at Motherwell last year and top scorer and player of the year in Scotland. We are bottom at the moment, sacked thank god our manager and we have a old player and other old players in the management now. We are 17 games without a win and under our new manager we played 3 draws. Next Sunday is our biggest game each year, the Derby against our big rivals Vitesse who have a great bond with Chelsea )
These matches are always very very hot.
Higdon has scored 2 times ( penalties ) but has to adjust.
