In last weeks programme the chairman wrote that Sean has been given help from the manager and an assisstant manager from two other clubs. It seemed one had even been on dresing room duty on match days.

What messgage does this send out? Clearly one that we have a struggling management team that according to the defenders of the realm are doing a great job!

Please tell me me how they are?

This also brings up the question of what Hugo does and why is he needed.

is there any truth in the rumour that was circulating last night that somebody was offered the managers job a few weeks ago and it was turned down? Again signs that the present crew are on thin ice.

Sensible answers please and no childish tweets from the club directors that appeared recently when I questioned the the clubs communicartion skills.

Can be taken two ways this , either sean isnt any good and the club are looking to replace him or the club are helping sean become a better manager with help and advice from more experienced managers in the game, considering he's only in his 2nd season as manager , who knows? The only person who can answer this truthfully and to the point is sean himself or dave walters

Hugo is the coach, he takes charge in training and pre match warm up's as well as helping duirng the game and offering advice about tactis, inform players etc

I am afraid Hugo's tactics have been a dismal failure so far in his time with us.
