Well done to Tunbridge Wells FC on their 2-0 victory yesterday. Enjoyed the match but felt sorry for the person who donated £30,000 to improve their pitch. Even Simon might struggle to renovate their pitch after Saturday's match.

like you TBJ I headed up the A21 to watch T Wells in the FA vase....what a great event and grassroots football at its best...where can you watch a national semi final football competition for £6....was talking to a few of the Shildon supporters in the club house and a good few of them are Middelesboro supporters and know all about the mighty HASTINGS UTD FC cup exploits....as for the pitch it made Harrogates look on a par to Wembley...suprised they actually allowed the game on but understand both managers agreed so they let it start....now I recon Simon would find that pitch a challenge to sort out,,,,maybe in his spare time he might wish to lend a hand as a understand hes an old tunbridge boy.

Couldn't get to the Tunbridge Wells game so ended up at Rye! My first visit there and to be fair everyone was friendly enough and was a good 3-3 draw, incredibly cold though!
